Besides, users can follow up building permits applications status, view the engineers notes , pay the fees and book appointments easily, in addition to the provision of large number of reports related to buildings , projects, applications, and KPI’s.
The application also provides a special feature related to buildings and construction information needed by construction sector (regulations, rules, circulars, check lists, information of consultant offices and contractors companies).

تطبيق ذكي مصمم وفقاً لأحدث المعايير العالمية، يقدم كافة المعلومات المتعلقة بأعمال تراخيص البناء بأساليب وطرق مبتكرة، حيث يمكن للمقاولين والاستشاريين والملاك والمطورين، بالإضافة للمسؤولين عن ترخيص هذه الأعمال متابعة مراحل العمل لمشاريع البناء، وباستخدام رسومات توضيحية مبسطة، كما يمكن متابعة حالة معاملات تراخيص البناء، والاطلاع على ملاحظات المهندسين ودفع الرسوم وحجز المواعيد بطريقة سهلة ومبسطة، بالإضافة إلى توفير عدد كبير من التقارير المتنوعة التي تخص المباني والمشاريع و المعاملات ومعدلات الإنجاز.
كما يشتمل التطبيق على بوابة خاصة بالمعلومات التي يحتاجها كافة العاملين في قطاع التشييد والبناء من أنظمة وقوانين وتعاميم وقوائم تدقيق، ومعلومات كاملة عن المكاتب الاستشارية وشركات المقاولات.
